Video – Ginger Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, Lemon Almond Tuile, Mint Moss, Fig Balsamic Caviar and a Ginger/Orange Caramel Sauce

Hello, This is a video that I submitted over the weekend for a culinary scholarship for night classes at Auguste Escoffier. :

My winning this scholarship is dependent on how well my video portrays my passion, my essay and only 10% is based on how many likes my video receives on this page: https://www.facebook.com/events/374357106037308/ .

I am in no way an actress and I probably come off as a huge cheese ball. If you want to help, you can share my video and have people go to the link above to find my video and like it.
